8-9 – 100m swim, 4K bike, 1K run
10-11 – 150m swim, 6K bike, 2K run
12-13 – 200m swim, 10K bike, 2K run
14-15 – 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run
Adult (16+) – 500m swim, 20K bike, 5k run
Junior (6-11) Relay – 150m swim, 6K bike, 2K run
Senior (12-15) Relay – 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run
Adult (16+) Relay – 500m swim, 20K bike, 5K run
