Adult (16+) Sprint and Relay (500m pool swim – 20K bike – 5k run)
Youth 6-7 – 50m swim, 2K bike, 500m run.
Youth 8-9 – 100m swim, 4K bike, 1K run
Youth 10-11 – 150m swim, 6K bike, 2K run
Youth 12-13 – 200m swim, 10K bike, 2K run
Youth 14-15 – 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run
Youth Junior Relay – 150m swim. 6K bike, 2K run
Youth Senior Relay 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run

Early registration – until midnight December 31
Adult Individual – $100/ Youth Individual $65/ Adult Relay $80 pp/ Youth Relay $55 pp
Regular registration – from January 1 to midnight May 30
Adult Individual – $115/ Youth Individual $75/ Adult Relay $100 pp/ Youth Relay $65 pp
Late registration – after May 30

RACE PACKAGE PICKUP
Race package pick up will be on June 14 from 2-5 at the Trek Store, 338 Catherine Street in Victoria. Race packages will be available for out of town participants from 6-7 am on race morning.
BIKE & HELMET CHECK
There is a mandatory bike safety and helmet check for youth participants at RPP. Bike and helmet check in optional for adult participants. All participants must ensure that their bike is road worthy and that they are wearing an approved bicycle helmet.
In lieu of a pre-race briefing an email will be sent to participants the day before the race with all necessary pre-race information. The email will be sent to the address used during registration.
DAY OF RACE
Transition opens at 6:30 am. The swim starts at 7:30am.
Athletes will enter the pool on 15 second intervals. Each swimmer will complete the required number of laps for their age group by swimming up and down on the left side of the lane and crossing under the lane divider after each lap.
Event parking is at the Esquimalt Sport Centre across the playing fields from the pool. Bikes must be racked a minimum of 30 minutes before your start time. Body marking will take place on the pool entrance prior to your swim.
All bikes and personal articles must be removed from the transition area by 30 minutes after the last finisher crosses the finish line.
AWARDS
Awards ceremonies will take place at the venue following the event. There will be a separate awards ceremony for youth participants following the last youth finisher. Medals to top 3 places in each age group will be awarded. Award winners must be present to collect their awards. There will be no mail out of awards following the event.
