Adult (16+) Sprint and Relay (500m pool swim – 20K bike – 5k run)

Youth 6-7 – 50m swim, 2K bike, 500m run.
Youth 8-9 – 100m swim, 4K bike, 1K run
Youth 10-11 – 150m swim, 6K bike, 2K run
Youth 12-13 – 200m swim, 10K bike, 2K run
Youth 14-15 – 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run

Youth Junior Relay – 150m swim. 6K bike, 2 K run.

Youth Senior Relay 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run

REGISTRATION

Early Bird registration – until midnight March 29

Adult Individual – $70/ Youth Individual $40/ Adult Relay $50 pp/ Youth Relay $30 pp

Regular registration – from April 1 to midnight June 8

Adult Individual – $85/ Youth Individual $50/ Adult Relay $75 pp/ Youth Relay $40 pp

Late registration – after June 8

Adult Individual – $105/ Youth Individual $70/ Adult Relay $95 pp/ Youth Relay $60 pp

Online registration closes at midnight on June 21.

RACE PACKAGE PICKUP

Trek Store Victoria, Saturday, June 22nd  from 2 to 5 pm. Race packages will be available on race morning for out of town participants only.

BIKE & HELMET CHECK

There is voluntary Bike and Helmet check for adult participants from June 17 to June 22 at Trek Store Victoria during business hours.  Bike and Helmet checks are mandatory for all youth participants and will be conducted during Race Package pick-up.

DAY OF RACE

Transition opens at 6 am.  First heat starts at 7:30am.  Event parking is at the Esquimalt Sport Centre across the playing fields from the pool.  Bikes must be racked a minimum of 30 minutes before your start time.  Body marking will take place on the pool deck prior to your heat.  There is an athlete briefing on the pool deck 15 minutes before each heat.

Post race nutrition and awards take place in Bullen Park adjacent to Transition.

All bikes and personal articles must be removed from the transition area by 30 minutes after the last finisher crosses the finish line.

AWARDS

Following the event. Medals to top 3 places in each adult age group and ribbons for the top 3 places in each youth age group. Prize money to top 3 male and female adult finishers has been generously donated by Robert Cameron Law.
