WHEN: Sunday July 3rd, 2011

WHERE: Esquimalt Recreation Centre

DISTANCES: 500m swim – 19K bike – 5K run (YOUTH RACE: 200m swim – 6.8K bike – 1.6K run) – Swim is in the pool

TIMES: Transition opens at 6:00 am, first heat starts at 7:00 am

RACE PACKAGE PICK-UP: Fort St. Cycle, Victoria.  Saturday July 2nd 10am  to 5pm ONLY.  No package pick up on race day.

Bike & Helmet Check: June 26 – July 2 during business hours and Saturday July 2nd 10am  to 5pm

AWARDS: Following the event. Ribbons to top 3 places in each Age Group.

REGISTRATION: Online before June 30th at midnight. In person during Race Package Pick-up – at Fort Street Cycle from 10am-5pm.
Minimum age for Youth to participate is 10 years-old  - born in 2001.

The TOC and The VWSAC

The Triathlon of Compassion (TOC) is a fundraising event to support the Victoria Women’s Sexual Assault Centre (VWSAC). A pledge form is on the back of our flyers, or you can create your own on-line fundraising site by clicking on Start Fundraising Now. Pledges can be dropped off at race package pick-up or on race day before 8am. Please make cheques payable to “VWSAC” and all on-line pledges will be added to your totals on the day of the race.
